For our civil works and fibre-optic network projects, we are looking for experienced construction supervisors who can assess the quality of work on site, identify deviations early and agree the necessary action with those involved in the project.

Your responsibilities
- Supervise civil works and fibre-optic network construction on site, checking compliance with approved designs, contractual requirements and applicable technical standards.
- Check workmanship and construction progress, monitor agreed deadlines and document deviations.
- Resolve outstanding questions with clients, designers, contractors and the relevant authorities, and follow up on agreed actions.
- Check measured quantities and records of completed work, and maintain clear, traceable site documentation.
- Support acceptance inspections, record defects and follow up on their timely rectification.
- Check compliance with safety requirements during site inspections and raise any apparent breaches immediately.
What you bring
- At least three years of relevant experience in civil works, utility construction or fibre-optic network construction, ideally in site supervision or construction management.
- Completed technical vocational training, a master craftsman or technician qualification, a degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods in civil works and utility construction, and of the applicable technical standards.
- Practical experience in site documentation, measurement of completed works and acceptance inspections.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for site documentation.
- An independent, structured approach to work and the ability to communicate technical requirements to contractors clearly and firmly.
- Good written and spoken German and a category B driving licence.
