01Engineering and design management
We turn project requirements into a technical brief, assemble and lead a multidisciplinary design team, and coordinate the work of individual disciplines. We monitor compliance with requirements, the resolution of technical issues and the readiness of documentation for procurement and construction.

02Project and programme management
We establish the project organisation and lead the coordination of design, procurement and construction. We manage the agreed scope, programme, cost, quality and risk, and prepare the information the client needs to make decisions.
- The engagement can cover a project, a defined section or work package, or the coordination of several related projects.
- During construction, we take on agreed roles in construction management and site supervision.

03Technical advisory and independent review
We assess technical feasibility, consider alternative solutions, and review documentation, risks and unresolved issues. We evaluate the project’s readiness for its next stage and provide a sound technical basis for investment and engineering decisions.
- Before work begins, we define the scope of the review, the available information and the limits of our findings.
- For independent reviews, we clearly separate responsibility for developing solutions from responsibility for reviewing them.

04Contract management and FIDIC support
We support the selection of the contract model and preparation of the tender scope, and manage agreed procedures during contract execution. We track notices, variations, deadlines and claims, document relevant events and assess their consequences.
- We connect project conditions with contractual obligations, from the start of the engagement through the final account and resolution of outstanding issues.
- Specific FIDIC roles are defined by the contract and the authority entrusted to us.
