WHEN YOU ENTER A NEW MARKET
You need an organisation ready to start work.
3N establishes your local organisation, assembles the team and leads the launch of operations. Where interim leadership is needed, we take on agreed management roles until they can be handed over to the permanent team. We work with companies in construction, infrastructure and related engineering sectors, connecting the requirements of their headquarters with local market conditions.
01Establishing your local organisation
For your specific business venture, we establish how the local organisation will operate and work with headquarters.
- Together, we define functions, authority, responsibilities and key processes.
- We prepare the organisational structure, decision-making rules and reporting templates.
- We coordinate legal, tax and administrative tasks with the appropriate specialists.
What you receiveAn approved operating model with clear responsibilities, documented processes and a defined allocation of decisions between the local organisation and headquarters.
02Building the local team and selecting partners
We assemble a local team and select partners able to take on specific tasks within the agreed scope of operations.
- We define the roles required, selection criteria and the timing of people’s involvement.
- We identify and assess candidates and partners against the agreed criteria.
- With your approval, we agree tasks, engagement terms and the availability of the selected people and partners.
What you receiveA confirmed initial team and partner group, with allocated tasks, start dates and documented assessments.
03Launching operations
Your local organisation and key people are in place. They now need to work together and prepare to take on the first assignments.
- We manage the launch plan: activities, responsibilities, deadlines and required resources.
- We put the agreed processes into practice, align headquarters, the local team and partners, and coordinate the first operational activities.
- Preparation of initial bids or joint proposals with partners can be included as a separately defined task.
What you receiveThe agreed activities are under way, with a documented readiness check of people, processes and resources, and a record of outstanding issues for ongoing management.
04Interim management and stabilisation
Operations have started, but permanent leadership or a reliable working routine is not yet in place. We take on defined management roles for an agreed period.
- We lead day-to-day operations within the agreed authority and budget.
- We monitor commitments, deviations and corrective actions, and report regularly to headquarters.
- We prepare the permanent team and verify readiness for handover: key roles filled, regular reporting in place and independent management of the agreed tasks.
What you receiveResponsibility handed over to the permanent team against criteria agreed in advance, with documentation and a record of remaining obligations.
You can commission these services individually or as a connected whole. Our proposal defines scope, deliverables, deadlines, authority, your team’s obligations, fees and acceptance criteria. Interim management is agreed for a defined period, with a clear scope of work and handover conditions.
